1. FIND YOUR IDEAL PHOTOGRAPHER
Finding a photographer that not only photographs couples boudoir but one that makes you both feel comfortable is very important. Make sure you love the style of photographs to avoid disappointment!
2. PICKING OUTFITS
Deciding on outfits for your couples Boudoir photoshoot doesn’t need to be difficult. Think about the vibe of the shoot you’re going for. Is it cute and cozy? If so, think about wearing high socks, lace lingerie and he could wear white underwear and a t-shirt if he wants to be more covered. If you’re going for a hit and steamy type of vibe I would suggest wearing lingerie that is a little more “spicy” in your eyes. Men wearing black or grey underwear or even grey sweatpants could look amazing! There are so many options but the most important thing to determine is the vibe.
3. PROPS
Props aren’t a must but if there are items you want to include in your couples boudoir photoshoot that represent you as a couple, defiantly bring them!
Example; if you’re going for a cute and cozy vibe, consider making coffee or breakfast in your home.
Example; if you’re planning for more of a “spicy” shoot, consider bringing handcuffs etc.
4. RELAX
The best thing you can do for you both is to relax. I get it, you might be nervous and that’s totally normal! Finding a photographer you feel comfortable with will help ease those nerve and will make the photoshoot more relaxing.
