5 Tips To Help You Relax During Your Boudoir Shoot

Are you nervous about your upcoming Boudoir Session?

TIPS TO HELP YOU RELAX DURING YOUR BOUDOIR SHOOT:

Play Music – Let me know your favourite music to play during your session. This will help you to calm down and feel comfortable. 📷

Take Deep Breathes – Practice deep breathing. This is a proven relaxation method. Breathe in deeply through your nose and exhale through your nose. Repeat until you feel better.

Take a Break – If you’re feeling overwhelmed, we can take a break from shooting and talk and relax before resuming the session.

Drink green tea and eat dark chocolate - This herbal tonic gives you the benefits of L-Theanine, a chemical that can help reduce the body's stress response. Dark chocolate can boost your brain health and reduce stress. I have both in studio at ALL times for you to enjoy during your session! 📷

Laugh It Off – If you’re feeling silly in front of the camera, laugh at yourself. Laughter is a great relaxation technique. It will help you loosen up. Plus, I'm a HUGE dork, I'll get you laughing in no time!

Are there any other tips you can add that would help with your own personal self! If not leave a GIF on how HOT Kelsie looks in this photo! DAMNNN girl! She slayed this session! 📷

I hope these 5 Tips to help you relax during your Boudoir Photoshoot helped you! I understand having to get semi-naked or naked in front of someone you may not know can be daunting. That’s why I wanted to help provide tips for you to relax. During your photoshoot with me we always start off with your professional hair and makeup. That way we can chat while you get glammed up and it won’t be so intimidating for you when it comes time to wearing lingerie. I also get you to start off with outfits you feel most comfortable in! This can also help make you feel more comfortable during your shoot.

I can’t wait to meet you at your Boudoir Photoshoot! If you have any additional tips or questions feel free to leave them in the comments section below.
